Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 (No. 2)
Pursuant to section 79A of the Dental Act 1988, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 (No. 2) and shall come into force on 1 June 2003.
(2) This notice has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

Fees—The Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the council specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

| Temporary Registration under section 35 of the Act: | |
| For 6 months or less | 965.00 |
| For 6-12 months or less | 1290.00 |
| Extension after 1 year for: | |

| For 6-12 months | 650.00² |
¹ Fees are calculated on a cost recovery basis.
² Temporary registration is restricted in the first instance to one year. Applicants are required to apply for an extension at the end of that year (for up to one year and a combined total of 3 years).
