Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Societies

Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated societies ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

Bay of Plenty Justice of the Peace Association Incorporated 214286 (13 September 2000).

The Corral Country Music Club Incorporated 314751 (19 January 2001).

Northern Association Football Club Incorporated 256535 (19 January 2001).

United Asian Association Incorporated 812473 (6 September 2000).

With this publication such societies are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Notification of Determination of the Precise Question at an Indicative Referendum

Pursuant to section 13 of the Citizens Initiated Referenda Act 1993, I hereby give notice that Steve Baron:

– is the promoter of an indicative referendum petition in which the wording determined in the paragraph below is to be used;

– has been approved to use a form for the purposes of the indicative referendum petition; and

that the wording of the specific question to be put to voters in the proposed indicative referendum is:

“Should the law be amended to make the results of citizens initiated referenda binding on the New Zealand Government?”

Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product—Agriculture (Notice No. 1275)

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines (ACVM) Act 1997:

General Use Claim:
Sustained insecticidal treatment for control of New Zealand cattle tick on deer and cattle.

Any person may make a written submission to the Director-General under section 17 of the ACVM Act 1997 concerning the application notified above. Such submissions:

(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission;

(b) may state any decision sought on that application;

(c) must be received by the Director-General no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in this New Zealand Gazette; and

(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.

A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for their information.
