We advise that on the 17th day of April 2003, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Challenging Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of October 1999, which consists of all the property, assets and undertakings of the company.
