Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993

Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 14th day of April 2003, Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company and trust.

The liquidations commenced on the 14th day of April 2003 at 10.58 a.m. and 10.56 a.m. respectively.

The liquidators do not consider that creditors' meetings should be held having regard to the assets and liabilities of the entities and the likely result of the liquidations.

No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidators, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
