Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Exemption From Specified Requirement of the
Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Pursuant to Regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle
Standards) Regulations 1990, and pursuant to the powers
delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety,
I, Laszlo Andras Hidvegi, Senior Engineer, Safer Vehicles
Policy, hereby exempt the vehicle in Schedule 1 of this
notice from the requirement in Schedule 2, subject to the
conditions specified in Schedule 3.
