Sentencing Act 2002

Notice of Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

On 21 March 2003 at the Wanganui District Court, His Honour Judge G. M. Ross ordered that the following motor vehicle owned by Ivor Te Kahu Stephen Lett be confiscated pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002:

1986 Nissan PG720TU, Registration No. MK5028.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Tauranga District Court on 3 April 2003 against Ben Bridgman-Raison for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

1992 Honda Civic, Registration No. XH8135.

Pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002, the above-mentioned must not, within 12 months after the date of this order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.

Notice of the Composition of the Patricia Avenue School Board of Trustees

Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegation from the Minister of Education, I hereby determine the composition of the Patricia Avenue School Board of Trustees.

Membership of the Board

The Patricia Avenue School Board of Trustees shall comprise of:

• no less than three, and no more than seven, parent representatives;
• the principal of the school;
• one staff representative; and
• up to four co-opted trustees.
