Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Thurston Mechanical Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of April 2003 at 11.30 a.m.
