Notice is hereby given that Cactus Partnership, being a partnership of the Rugosa Trust and the Valhalla Trust, has been dissolved with effect from the 11th day of March 2003.

The business formerly conducted by the partnership is now conducted by the Rugosa Trust solely.

The Valhalla Trust has no liability in connection with that business from the 11th day of March 2003.
