We advise that on the 31st day of March 2003, John Lawrence Vague and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of income of the property of Satellite Investments Limited under the powers contained in a memorandum of mortgage dated the 11th day of January 2001, which property consists of all rental and other income,

including with limitation any expenses or reimbursements such as rates, insurance, body corporate levies or contributions to operating expenses due in relation to the property from appointment date.
