TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS) AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2003

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Manager, Regulatory and Competition Policy Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2003.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 May 2003.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff item and code 9603.40.00 02D, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
