Note about the use of this form
¹ This form is designed for use in conjunction with survey plans depicting rights of way. Approval by the Territorial Authority is a requirement of section 348 of the Local Government Act 1974. If such approval is not provided upon deposit of the plan, it must be lodged when the rights of way are created. If a plan has been approved under section 223 of the Resource Management Act 1991, separate approval under section 348 is not required.
