Land Transfer Act Notice
Application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Ian Edward Bryant and Joy Bryant, the registered proprietors of the land in certificate of title NA42/638, to notify the extinguishment of the easement memorial:
“Subject to the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off.” (See Application 5508577.1.)
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easement against the said certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Transfer Act Notice
Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by the lessors, Ronald John Ottema and Wendy Kay Ottema, to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B. 317939.2 of the land in certificates of title SA26B/952 and SA27C/847, of which the lessees are Roger Anthony Phillips and Susan Mary Phillips.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 5501119.3 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register after the 24th day of April 2003.

Land Transfer Act Notice
I am in receipt of application 5498726.1 by The Māori Trustee, as lessor under lease 6350.
That lease is registered for a term of 21 years from and including the 1st day of January 1986 and is registered over Sections 1 and 2, Block III, Tuatini Māori Township (Computer Register/certificate of title GS1A/365).
The lessees are Richard Alexander Dearden Busby and Piripi Rairi Aspinall.
The application is lodged, under section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, on the grounds that the lessor has exercised his right of re-entry and recovered possession of the leased premises.
It is my intention to notify this re-entry in the Register on the 25th day of April 2003.
Please note that such action shall cause the estate of the above-named lessees to cease and determine along with the interest of any person claiming through or under those lessees.

Specifying Forms for Deposit Documents—Land Transfer Act 1952
Forms of Deposit Documents
Section 58 of the Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 inserted a new section 167A into the Land Transfer Act 1952.
Pursuant to section 167A of the Land Transfer Act, the Registrar-General of Land may specify a form for a consent, approval, certification or other matter that is a prerequisite for the deposit of a plan under section 167 or the issue of a certificate of title.
From the date of publication of this notice, these forms may be used as an alternative to the current methods of approving plans provided in the Resource Management Act 1991, Unit Titles Act 1972 and Local Government Act 1974.
The Registrar-General of Land specifies the following forms:
