Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies

The name of the following company was returned to the
New Zealand Register of Companies on the 6th day of
March 2003:

Millenium Equities Limited. 892050.

It had been removed incorrectly on the 27th day of February
2003 under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.

The Registrar considers that it is proper that the Register be
corrected and gives this notice accordingly.

Notice to Public of Proposed Amalgamation

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221 (4) of the
Companies Act 1993, that the board of directors of
New Zealand Home Loans (South Waikato) Limited and
the board of directors of New Zealand Home Loans
(Hamilton East) Limited (being the amalgamating
companies), have resolved to amalgamate and become
New Zealand Home Loans (Hamilton East) 2003 Limited,
which shall become the amalgamated (continuing) company.

Further, all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or
to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be
transferred to the amalgamated company.

The date of the proposed amalgamation is the 31st day of
March 2003, being not less than 20 working days from the
date of this notice.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for
inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating
company or any person to whom an amalgamating company
is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the
amalgamating companies during normal business hours.

Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or
any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an
obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with
a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an
amalgamating company.

Advertisement of Application for Order Under

Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that on the 24th day of February 2003, an
application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies
Act 1993, in respect of Trans Tasman Properties Limited
("the defendant company"), was filed in the High Court at
Auckland.

The order sought is an order requiring the defendant
company or SEA Holdings Limited to acquire the plaintiffs'
shares in the defendant company at the net asset value of
such shares and various consequential orders.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Auckland on the 10th day of April 2003 at 10.45 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes
to appear on the hearing of the application must file an
appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.

The plaintiffs are Latimer Holdings Limited and
