Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Quality Home Builders Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of February 2003 at 3.00 p.m.
