Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 (No. 1)
Pursuant to section 79A of the Dental Act 1988, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 (No. 1) and shall come into force on 31 March 2003.
(2) This notice has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

Fees—The Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the council specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

| Lifetime Retention on the Dental Register fee for retired dentists | 250.00 |

Food Standards Australia New Zealand Variations to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (Amendment No. 65)
- Preamble
The variations set forth in the Schedule below are variations to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (hereinafter called “the Code”) which was published by the National Health and Medical Research Council in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette, No. P 27, on 27 August 1987, and which has been varied from time to time.
These variations are published pursuant to section 23A of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991.
- Citation
These variations may be collectively known as Amendment No. 65 to the Code.
- Commencement
These variations commence on the date of gazettal.
SCHEDULE
[1] Standard 1.3.3 of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code is varied by –
[1.1] inserting immediately before the Table to clause 14 –

Where meat has been treated using lactoperoxidase the mandatory labelling requirements in clause 4 of Standard 1.2.3 apply.
[1.2] inserting in the Table to clause 14 in alphabetical order –
