Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity and Declared Crown Land—Mackenzie District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule to this notice held from Her Majesty the Queen by Pyne Gould Guinness Limited and PGG Trust Limited (as to a 1/4 share), Mona Alexa Elena Louw (as to a 1/4 share), Nicola Mary Martin (as to a 1/16 share), Simon Richard Martin (as to a 1/16 share), Margery Almer Stedman (as to a 1/8 share), and June Matheson Cresswell (as to a 1/4 share), under and by virtue of pastoral lease 529/5, is acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 42 (3) (b), declares the land described in the Schedule to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
