Take notice that, pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Electricity Act 1992, I, Anthony Leverton, Manager, Standards and Safety, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive, Ministry of Economic Development, intend to apply not less than one month after the date of publication of this notice to the Minister of Energy for the revocation of the electrical codes of practice (ECP) listed in the Schedule to this notice.
