Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as interim
liquidators of Lakeland Wealth Creators Limited by the
High Court, pursuant to section 246 of the Companies Act
1993 (“the Act”), on the 11th day of September 2002.

Our appointment as full liquidators was confirmed on the
21st day of October 2002 pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of
the Act.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the Memories Room,
Prince’s Gate Hotel & Apartments, 1057 Arawa Street,
Rotorua, on Friday, the 7th day of March 2003 commencing
