In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Beaumont Property Care Limited and Formwork Hire Limited (both in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of February 2003 at 10.05 a.m and 10.10 a.m. respectively, Formwork Hire Limited and Beaumont Property Care Limited were placed in liquidation.

Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Auckland.

The liquidations commenced on the 13th day of February 2003.
