Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of specific property of the company on the 14th day of February 2003 under the terms of a debenture dated the 3rd day of April 2001.

The Property in Receivership is: The vessel F.V. East Ocean, together with all equipment, gear, fittings, instruments, documents, books, licences, approvals and records relating to the vessel, safety equipment, spares, ropes, fuels and oils presently on the said vessel or used or necessary in the operation of the vessel.
