Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road and Road—Anzac Drive, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council, and the land described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for road and also to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitakere City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on 10 June 2003 declaring the land described in the First Schedule hereto as a local purpose (community purposes) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Act and further declares that the reserve is to be known as Marine Park.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and authorises the Nelson City Council to sell the said land not being Crown land and for the proceeds of sale to be paid into the council’s subdivision reserves account.
