Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that Graham Stuart Dick and Stewart Patrick Perkins, chartered accountants of Invercargill, have been appointed by Speirs Group Limited, pursuant to the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of December 2002, as receivers and managers of all the property charged by that general security agreement.

The date of appointment of the receivers and managers was the 2nd day of December 2003.

A Brief Description of the Property in Receivership is as Follows:

(a) All of the present and after-acquired property of the company, and all of the company’s present and future rights in relation to any “personal property” as defined in the Personal Property Securities Act 1999; and

(b) all of the company’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset other than any “personal property” to which the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
