Pursuant to section 36 (1) (c) of the Medical Auxiliaries Act 1966, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Podiatrists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 2000, page 230.

(2) This notice comes into force on 23 January 2004.

The Podiatrists Board sets the following fees payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.
