Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 27th day of November 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Brian & Vivienne Guest Limited be liquidated and that Marvin Andrew Cathey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of November 2003 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidator of Brian & Vivienne Guest Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 11th day of December 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The Companies Act 1993

On the 22nd day of November 2003 at 10.12 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that J-Walk Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of November 2003 at 10.12 a.m.

The liquidators do not consider that a creditors’ meeting should be held, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation.

No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidators, within 10 working days after publication of the notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
