Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell, chartered accountant of Grant Thornton, was appointed liquidator of Montgomery 2000 Limited, Montgomery 19 & 21 Limited and Montgomery 1996 Limited.

The liquidations commenced on the 26th day of November 2003 at 2.00 p.m., 2.15 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively.

The director has resolved that the companies are solvent and will be able to pay their debts.

Copies of those resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 9th day of January 2004, as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

In the matter of section 241 (2) and section 243 (8) and (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of S O Baldrick Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of November 2003 at 2.00 p.m., I, Graham Lewis St John Pedler, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.

Notice is given, pursuant to section 243 (8) and (9) of the Act, that:

(a) The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held;

(b) Having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company, the likely result of the liquidation and other relevant matters, the liquidator considers a meeting of creditors should not be held; and

(c) No meeting of creditors will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 working days after receiving this notice requiring a meeting to be called.

The liquidator is satisfied that the value of assets of the company available for distribution to unsecured and unpreferred creditors is not likely to exceed 20 cents in each dollar owed to such creditors and accordingly, by virtue of section 255 (5) of the Act, the liquidator is not required to provide a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
