RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

Decision in respect of application 2003/3

In terms of Regulation 33(1)(b)(i)(C) of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996, the following material has been determined
for the purposes of paragraph 1(b)(iii) of Article 3 of the Australia – New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade
Agreement, 1983, with effect from the date specified.
