2003, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward,
chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and
managers of the property of As Seen On Radio Limited
under the powers contained in a general security agreement
dated the 21st day of August 2003 given by that company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s
undertaking, property and assets.
