Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Airport Purposes—Part Miramar Golf Course, Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of July 2003, acquiring land for airport purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 2003, No. 82, page 2161, by amending the Schedule as follows:

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (site for public library) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
