Land Acquired for Irrigation Purposes—Lodore Road, Kerikeri

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and vested
in Her Majesty the Queen on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby
acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped—

State Highway No. 38, Ponaua, Whakatane District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, forms part of State Highway No. 38 and shall vest in
the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of
road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having
been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this
notice is acquired for service lane and vested in Gisborne
District Council;

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this
notice is acquired for use in connection with a service lane
(segregation strip) and vested in Gisborne District Council;
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
