Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, liquidators of Sunshine Holdings Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 345 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 11th day of December 2003.

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Trelinnoe Station Limited, which has its registered office at Coffey Davidson Limited, Chartered Accountants, 303N Karamu Road, Hastings, by request, under section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
