Classification of Sports Parks—Hamilton City
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the reserves described in the Schedule hereto have been classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

16.4005 hectares, more or less, being Section 39, Block XI, Patetere North Survey District. All certificate of title SA38B/93. S.O. Plan 56604.

Appointment of Trustees to the Christchurch (Riccarton) Racecourse Recreation Reserve
Under section 70 (2) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the following persons to be trustees of the Christchurch (Riccarton) Racecourse Recreation Reserve:
- Lesley Keast, city councillor, of Christchurch.
- Clive W. McCall, company director, of Christchurch.
- George F. Richie, finance manager, of Christchurch.
