Land Acquired for Road—Hukanui Road, Hamilton

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Hamilton City Council.

Road Stopped and Land Taken as Severance—State Highway No. 1, Piano Hill, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119 (1), and shall vest in the Crown;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
