Notice of Approval of Tuberculosis Vaccinators under the Tuberculosis Regulations 1951

Pursuant to Regulation 6 (4) of the Tuberculosis Regulations 1951, the Director-General of Health hereby gives notice that the following persons have been approved to perform vaccination against tuberculosis:

District Courts Rules 1992

District Courts Rules 1992—Opening Hours of Certain District Courts

Pursuant to Rule 20 (3) of the District Courts Rules 1992, the Minister for Courts has formally revoked, with effect on the close of 31 January 2003, the directions made in respect of each of the District Courts at the places named in the first column of the Schedule, as published in the volumes of the New Zealand Gazette respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule, and directed that, on and after 1 February 2003, the office of each of the District Courts at the places named in the first column of the Schedule be open on the days and at the times respectively specified in the third column of the Schedule.
