Land Declared Road, and Land Taken for Severance and Vested—State Highway No. 6 (Lightband Road), Brightwater

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and further declares that the land be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL104/151, subject to Orders in Council 1475 and 1476, imposing a building line restriction, Gazette Notice 165709.1; mortgage 309954.2.
