Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Variation of an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to sections 87N (4) and 87Q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that I have:

  • granted to Asiana Airlines an international air service licence to operate four return services per week between Seoul and Auckland; and
  • varied the international air service licence issued to Korean Air to provide for seven frequencies per week plus such supplementary services as are authorised by the aeronautical authorities of both New Zealand and Korea.

DCA/CESS208/9 came into force on 23 October 2003.
