Take notice that on the 19th day of September 2003, an application for putting Jireh Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 13th day of November 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Advertisement of Application for an Order Under Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that on the 18th day of August 2003, an application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of 1945 Trading Company Limited (“the defendant company”) was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The order sought is an order:

(a) Requiring the defendant company or any shareholders of the defendant company other than the plaintiffs to acquire the plaintiffs’ shares; or

(b) Putting the defendant company into liquidation.
