Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of specific property of the company on the 19th day of September 2003, under the terms of a debenture dated the 3rd day of April 2001.

The Property in Receivership is: The vessel F.V. Young Duk, together with all equipment, gear, fittings, instruments, documents, books, licences, approvals and records relating to the vessel, safety equipment, spares, ropes, fuels and oils presently on the said vessel or used or necessary in the operation of the vessel, and the benefit of any licences or consents, or any applications for licences or consents in the name of, or for the benefit of, the company.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On the 17th day of September 2003, Layne Stephen Harwood, real estate agent of Auckland, was appointed receiver to certain assets and income of the property of Torgem Properties Limited pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 31st day of January 2003.

The Property in Receivership is: The property of Torgem Properties Limited at 17 Lambie Drive, Manukau City, being the land and buildings described as Units B, C, F and G, Accessory Units 2-7 and 18-24 and half share of Accessory Units 25 and 27, Deposited Plan 211753 (together “the property”), and income from the property (income and property together “the assets”).
