Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, declares that the lands described in the Schedule to this notice are hereby set apart for road and shall remain vested in the Auckland City Council, being the registered proprietor of the land firstly described and being the successor to the Otahuhu Borough Council pursuant to an Order in Council dated 9 June 1989 of the land secondly described, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
