Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 17th day of September 2003, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CCD Holdings Limited be liquidated and that David William Cope and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of September 2003 at 2.20 p.m.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
