Notice of Restructuring Day of New Zealand Wool Board

The restructuring plan prepared by the New Zealand Wool Board and which I have approved under Part 3 of the Wool Industry Restructuring Act 2003, specifies a restructuring day (being the date on which the board converts into a company).

In accordance with section 35 of the Wool Industry Restructuring Act 2003, I notify that the restructuring day is 15 September 2003.
