We advise that Gamsa Bikes Limited, with its registered office at Level Eight, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Act.
