Land Declared Limited Access Road—

State Highway No. 1, Glenmohr Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road
which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State
highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Pipiwai Road,

Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth,
Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and,
pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the area described in the Second Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1131/83.

(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 613/259.

(iii) the area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1877/2.

(iv) the area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1066/162,
subject to memorandum of mortgage D. 288175.4.

(v) the area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 135D/827,
subject to memorandum of mortgage 5315109.4.

(c) Declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule
to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1066/162.

(d) Declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule
to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 613/259.
