Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (iii) of the Education (Early
Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 August 2000, which
was granted under those Regulations to Glenda Fay Oborn
in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres–Central Park
Drive (10021), situated at 183 Central Park Drive,
Henderson, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
