4th day of February 2003 under the terms of an instrument
dated the 19th day of May 2000.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s
undertaking, and all its real and personal property and all
its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both
present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid
capital.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special
resolution of the shareholders that the above-named
company be wound up voluntarily and that David Gordon
Beatson be appointed liquidator with the liquidation
