New Zealand Childflight Charitable Trust Incorporated (in liquidation)

Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of New Zealand Childflight Charitable Trust Incorporated by the High Court, pursuant to section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, on the 21st day of August 2003, the date that the liquidation commenced.

Any creditor of New Zealand Childflight Charitable Trust Incorporated opposing the appointment of liquidators must file an application with the High Court to terminate the liquidation.

Such application must be filed within 14 days of the date of this notice.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that as liquidators of New Zealand Childflight Charitable Trust Incorporated, we fix the 19th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
