Road Realignment—Pataua North Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road firstly and thirdly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 31A/1479, subject to mortgage C. 518265.3;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 31A/1478;

(d) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken, under section 119, and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 31A/1479, subject to mortgage C. 518265.3 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
