Notice is given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, of American Airlines Inc.’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the 1st day of December 2003.

Following the closing of its New Zealand offices, full customer services will continue to be provided. American code share flights will continue to be operated by Qantas.
