(ii) the Dividends will be calculated by firstly dividing
the Dividend Pool into a number of parts
corresponding to the number of combinations that
would entitle a unit of betting specifying one of

11.3.4 (b) (i) and for which there is at least one
actual bet which specified that combination and,
secondly, dividing each part of the Dividend Pool
by the number of actual bets which specified the
respective combination.

11.3.5 First Prize Pool

Subject to Rule 11.3.7 relating to Termination, the First Prize Pool shall be distributed as follows:

(a) The First Prize Pool shall be distributed equally amongst
those units of betting that have selected the First Six
Placings in the correct order in the Six Pack Race,
provided that the sum of those winning units of betting is
equal to or greater than the Dividend Unit.

(b) Where the sum of winning units of betting is less than the
Dividend Unit, the First Prize Pool will be declared as the
Dividend and winning units of betting will receive their
proportional share of the First Prize Pool. The balance of
the First Prize Pool, less any Prize Reserve funds, will be
carried forward and added to the First Prize Pool of the
next Six Pack Race.

(c) If no unit of betting has selected the First Six Placings in
the correct order in a Six Pack Race, the First Prize Pool
less any Prize Reserve funds, shall be carried forward
and added to the First Prize Pool of the next Six Pack
