(cc) “Totalisator Agency” means a totalisator agency operated by
the Board, and includes any premises on which totalisator
betting may be received by the Board.

(dd) “Winning Selection” means the contingency or contingencies
deemed to win, or place, if appropriate.

3.2 Unless the context otherwise requires, words contained
in these Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to them
by the Act.
