Road Realignment—State Highway No. 6, Spooners Range, Nelson

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, forms part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in
the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.\n
(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken
and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
10A/546.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken
and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificates of
title 10A/17 and 10A/71.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken
and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
10A/549.

(e) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken and
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificates of title
10A/18 and 10A/72.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice
to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated
with the land in certificates of title 10A/17 and 10A/71.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Seventh Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3),
amalgamated with the land in certificates of title 10A/18 and
10A/72.

(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Eighth Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3),
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 20/136.

(i) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Ninth Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3),
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10A/549.

(j) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Tenth Schedule to this notice is acquired for
use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown.
